Chemical Cleaning of Fan Coil Unit
• Pumping down of refrigerant.
• Dismantling of fan coil unit into parts.
• Flushing of the cooling coil with water before chemical cleaning.
• Applying of the chemical onto the cooling coil until satisfactory condition.
• Washing and cleaning of all parts (except electrical components).
• Re-assemble all fan coil unit parts.
• Re-install fan coil unit back into position.
• Vacuuming of refrigerant pipes and test run the system.
